Position Purpose: Drive growth and acquire new MCA clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with referral partners, and manage the sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business relationships.
Manage sales pipeline and track progress toward targets.
Conduct market research and identify potential partnerships.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate MCA terms and close deals.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of MCA products and the financial industry.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
