Position Purpose: Manage delinquent MCA accounts and work with clients to bring them back into good standing. Contact clients, negotiate repayment plans, and take appropriate actions to minimize losses.
Job Responsibilities:
Contact clients with delinquent MCA accounts.
Investigate reasons for delinquency and assess financial situations.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
Monitor payment arrangements and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Escalate complex cases to management.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related role.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
Persistence and ability to work independently.
