Position Purpose: Ensure that the company’s MCA operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide training.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MCA compliance programs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide training to employees on MCA compliance policies.
Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
Prepare compliance reports and communicate with regulatory bodies.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory guidelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
