Compliance Officer

• Position Purpose: Ensure that the company’s MCA operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide training.
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain MCA compliance programs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training to employees on MCA compliance policies.
  • Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
  • Prepare compliance reports and communicate with regulatory bodies.
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of MCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
