Position Purpose: Provide excellent customer service to MCA clients and address their inquiries regarding applications, funding, repayments, and other account-related matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about MCA products and services.
Assist clients with application process and account management.
Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Contribute to improving customer service processes.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and empathy in dealing with client inquiries.
Knowledge of MCA products and processes is a plus.
