Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with MCA clients.
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely repayments.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for repeat business or cross-selling.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of MCA products and the funding process.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
