Position Purpose: Provide administrative and operational support to the MCA sales team. Assist with lead generation, client onboarding, document processing, and other tasks to ensure efficient sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with lead generation and qualification.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Gather and organize client documentation.
Coordinate client onboarding and account setup.
Manage sales pipeline and track progress.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
